Two rival gangs both see the arrival of this strange visionary boy — the Crowboy — as a chance to gain supremacy. But is Joey really so special? As the war tightens its grip on the city, the gangs are forced into a final conflict. It is time for the true purpose of the Crowboy to be revealed...
